The main level welcomes you with a vaulted entry, a cozy reading area, and the home’s three permitted bedrooms. The kitchen features new stainless appliances, chef's tools, and barware, with a dining table seating 8 and a kitchen table seating 4 more.
Just off the living space, the heated and cooled sunporch is a comfortable all-season spot with sectional seating and a bistro table—perfect for morning coffee, an afternoon nap, or watching the sunset. Upstairs, the open loft is the first bonus room, with two seating areas, a desk, and a smart TV for quiet reading, streaming, or conversation.
Lower-Level Recreation Bonus Room
The walkout lower level is the second bonus room and is built for fun, with a full-size ping pong table, foosball, a bar area, a large sectional, and a smart TV. It is a dedicated recreation and entertainment space—not an additional bedroom—and maximum overnight occupancy remains 6 guests.

Beaches Be Salty has 3 permitted bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, with all three bedrooms on the main level. The open loft and lower-level recreation room are bonus rooms for gathering and entertainment, not additional bedrooms. Maximum overnight occupancy is 6 guests.

Dock & Lake Access
The true highlight of Beaches Be Salty is the private dock with its floater. It provides safe, easy access to the calm water. Take out the kayaks, swim, fish, or simply sit with a cup of coffee and watch the sunset over the lake. And if you'd like to bring your own boat, the Hales Ford public boat ramp is just a short drive away. Two decks, outdoor dining, a grill, Adirondack chairs, an outdoor sofa, a lakeside fire pit, and a round canopy bed round out the outdoor living.
